The microwave was pretty decent except the 'add time' button requires you to press another button to start which was annoying. The real problem was a small explosion and a puff of white/grey smoke before biting the dust when we tried to heat the water in an all-glass measuring cup, which was confusing. I went through the entire return process that the seller and manufacturer require you to have and I had to turn on Revain to get some sort of clearance aka generic seller and manufacturer pita in hopes that you would just give up and move on would. Based on the initial report and multiple promises from various reps, 6 weeks later we are still waiting for the microwave. Lots of "we will definitely contact you on XYZ" only to not call and demand that I call back to continue the process. Hopefully we can fix this before the warranty expires and they will just deny the request.
