This 12 outlet extension cord is quite long. The distance between the individual sockets is good so that the plugs do not block each other. The orientation of the outlet is also perfect, so having the plug at a 90 degree angle won't block the cord. I have many devices in my office, a printer, 3 computers, a separate hard drive, a projector, a lamp, etc. I used to use 3 cheap power strips, but now I only use 1. The case appears to be all metal and the wire is very long and thick. It is designed for intensive office use. I used a screw to fix it under the table so it doesn't move. This is an amazing extension cord that can probably last forever.
