Each head lasts about a week. Lucky to get 2 weeks. They tear and break when combing. Never had this problem with any other brand *update*, the company contacted me immediately. They offered to refund my money or replace the product with another attempt. I decide to try again. I changed my rating from 1 to 3 as I haven't tried the new heads yet. I have another brand that I am currently using. But customer service means a lot to me. It doesn't seem to exist anymore these days. I will update again as I try new heads. **Update 2**, the new heads worked great, no problems.
