Very happy with this welder

This is the second welder I have bought from Weldpro. The first was the smaller model 155. I bought this because I had a few things to do with my son and then my son-in-law. It was small, light and perfect for what I needed to do. Then my other brother-in-law saw that we were using it and asked to borrow it next. I thought what the heck let me buy a bigger one and let the kids fight over the first one. So I bought this model 200 and I want to tell you that I am in love with this welder. I'm retired and used to love tinkering in the garage. It has a design called a synergic design, which means it automatically adjusts the tension based on the speed of the wire. For those who don't weld every day, matching the two numbers is a lot easier. But it also has a nice feature that lets you adjust the voltage separately by 20% plus or minus the initial voltage, giving you a wide range of adjustment. Another thing I found about this welder is the inductance matching, which even many welders don't have. After reading about this feature online, I found it a desirable feature. I still have to play with this setup. It also has a lifting arc TIG capability and comes with a TIG torch. I've never used a lifting bow tig, but it's easy and what a beautiful bead it turns out to be. Just make sure the metal is clean for TIG welding. You should use pure argon for TIG welding and argon with carbon dioxide for MIG welding. I played with it for at least 4 hours every day and it was flawless. I highly recommend this welder, you will have a lot of fun with it. i have fun with him Now if my wife doesn't hit me with a rolling pin, I'll start thinking about a plasma cutter and build a cargo trailer! Enjoy!
