The red is a bit of a "blood red" rather than a candy apple red but they still look nice on my black Kona N. The Kona N has red detailing (factory) which looks especially great on the black finish. I'm buying red accents to enhance the look. These valve stem caps are a small addition but they look nice with the red brake calipers. They are anodized aluminum BUT, unlike most I found, these have a rubber or plastic interior which keeps the metal corrosion between the caps and the valve stem from happening.A HUGE plus! As far as security, well, they are very "stealable" but how many times do people think of stealing valve stem caps? I'm about to find out! Anyway, they sure beat the standard grey/black plastic caps that come on the vehicle from the factory. C'mon Hyundai, all the nice red accents and you missed this very inexpensive touch?
