I recently purchased a fleece from Sports and Outdoors for my running routine. My analysis of this product showed that it is perfect for active women who want TO keep warm during their workouts... The fleece is not only comfortable, but also well-insulated, which makes it perfect for colder temperatures. The only downside is that it isn't super breathable so it may not be suitable for intense workouts in warmer weather. Overall, I would highly recommend this product to any female athlete looking for a reliable fleece to wear during outdoor activities..
