I like how easy it was set up with my existing system of record (Salesforce).
It also integrates really well into our website so we can track all leads from any source within SalesForce or directly in WebConnect 2 Fiber! There are some limitations as far tracking contacts across multiple accounts but this will get better over time once they implement multiaccount management features which should be coming soon via an upgrade path. We have been able solve many issues relating back office operations by using webconnect instead of paperless transactions; This has allowed us more control when sending out invoices/payments since there's no need anymore send through mailings etc..
