The best alternative to knee pads for a small cockpit!
I use this clip with a 9.7" iPad Pro while operating instruments on an Apache helicopter. If you want to store your iPad in a small cubicle, this is for you! I have an iPad Survivor (Griffin) case which is quite thick and the clip still holds up well. An Otter case works even better as it has a thinner profile in the middle of the case where the griffin has rubber bumpers.
