Love how easy and effective it is! I can also easily adjust the tension and position on my leg during takeoffs and other climbs. I use a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3s with mine and it holds the tablet very well without a case. It can hold a tablet with a Samsung keyboard case, but it's very tight. After about 12 in and out of the pilot's seat, the velcro straps hold perfectly.

I use this clip with a 9.7" iPad Pro while operating instruments on an Apache helicopter. If you want to store your iPad in a small cubicle, this is for you! I have an iPad Survivor (Griffin) case which is quite thick and the clip still holds up well. An Otter case works even better as it has a thinner profile in the middle of the case where the griffin has rubber bumpers.

The strap itself is very durable overall. The only issue I had was how difficult it is to adjust the straps to fit you without the iPad detaching. But once you've adjusted the straps to your feet, you don't have to do it again. This cover fits perfectly on your knees and does not move. This strap also works well with any size case or tablet. Compared to similar models, this case is cheaper, so I definitely recommend buying it.

I've had this knee brace for about a year now and I still use it every time I fly. I average about 120 hours a year and both elastics and velcro do the job well. The item is well made and works as advertised. If I had to make one comment, it would be the ability to tilt my foot tray a bit. I've found that you can place the phone partially under the iPad to tilt the tablet a bit and get quick access to the phone when needed. Excellent!
