Review on Aproca Hard Travel Case for AstroAI TRMS 6000 Digital Multimeter and Volt Meter with Extra Storage by Myron Lovro

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Fits like a glove, the best basic case for the M6KOR leaves nothing to be desired

I have already purchased a set of extra cables for the M6KOR 6000 Counts AstroAI DMM. so with this aproca case I was hoping that 1) the DMM would fit snugly in the case; 2) the mounting strap did not cover vital elements on the front of the DMM, and 3) the much longer extra wires connected to the sensors with crocodile skin caps were placed in the opposite zippered compartment and were fully zippered. All 3 tasks done! Slightly, but with full appreciation. Once the foam has degraded from constant use in the field, it will be even easier to use. The construction is comparable to the cases I've seen from other more established Chinese companies such as Anker for lithium batteries, only with an elastic strap sewn on. in and the foam cradle is missing. They also often add a free case with the purchase of their devices, which I don't think is to be expected when you're spending $33 versus $80. But the nameless choice on the market for this type of product was huge (with zero confidence even with good reviews as I was wrong before). I'm glad this aproca was more than expected for the money spent. I love it, I will update if for some reason something goes wrong ;)

Pros
  • Inspires confidence
Cons
  • Out of fashion
