Very hard and strong! I LOVE these pans!

I bought this set to use with my DeLonghi Livenza 9-in-1 air fryer and I'm glad I made a good choice. These pans are very strong - they are really strong. They also have fully rolled edges so you don't have to worry about cutting yourself when washing. Everything fits in my oven except for a lasagna dish that's too long to close the door - crap. But that's my oven, not a frying pan. I love this set!
