I should have taken a picture of the unit before fitting it. The block is an empty shell. You install the charger and route the power cord to where you need the outlet. Drill a hole. PASS the power cord THROUGH the opening. The clip has a small pin that fits into a hole in the connector. I had to clean up the hole a bit as the melted plastic from the casting process filled it up a bit. Push the pin into the hole. Connect the power cord to this product. Screw the clamp tight. Insert the product into the hole. CHECK THE HOLES the screws go into, but make sure they are smaller than the screw threads. The screws are rubbish and I expect them to rust and fall apart in a year or two. When I get there I'll replace it with a good quality stainless steel one.
