Broken PCB mount and poor QA
The box was in good condition when it arrived but the electronic controls rattled a bit inside. When I opened it, the circuit board bracket was broken. After that, the electronic filter didn't work properly until I cleaned the contacts that left traces of production. It's frustrating to pay $500 for something broken and poorly made. After fixing these two things it seems to be working. just fine now.
