RAV4 2004 - this unit is defective. It was leaking and sending the engine code. The paint was peeling off in the area of the fuel cap, which led to a leak. One of the tube outlets has excess material and the other small outlet has a rough finish. My mechanic will diagnose with a smoke leak test and he will confirm that the unit is leaking. I'm submitting a labor claim for 2 hours to the manufacturer.
