I like that you can search for an agent by phone number. It's also easy to set up alerts if someone is available or not - very helpful when my schedule is busy. Sometimes there are delays in getting responses from agents through this service so it takes longer than I'd expect. They sometimes have issues with their website (or lack thereof) which makes navigating around difficult at times. There are other sites out there but I've found them lacking compared to how great MozoLocal has been! We're using MozoLocal primarily as our lead generation tool because we get leads directly from people who want help finding a realtor.
