This product works perfectly as described. For the folks who haven't gotten it to work, they're clearly not following the instructions. If you fill it to the appropriate line - mine was ¼ cup, set the microwave to about 2-2.5 minutes, stick with the popper until it slows down and don't put anything in the popper other than popcorn , it will work 100% of the time. For people who haven't worked for them, they certainly don't follow any of these steps. After that, I add some extra virgin olive oil and pink Himalayan salt for a delicious treat. Gourmet popcorn or organic popcorn suits me better - in taste and consistency. Enjoy!
