Product arrived as described, well protected for shipping. Customer service has been contacted to see if there are any questions. The installation went smoothly. I'm renovating my house myself. I wanted to add valves to the PEX toilet hose. I have to search a lot on youtube how to do things. :) It's nice to have someone on the support team who can answer questions.
