I'm 5'7" and 136 pounds. I ordered a small size, normal. They are snug fitting - I wear a size 4 or 6. and with a light layer underneath they sit. They fit snugly with fleece underneath. With a light t-shirt, even with fully stretched straps, they are too short my torso and give me a camel sock. I have an elongated torso, but nothing out of the ordinary. The regular stride length is great. I would choose a medium size but it will be too big in the waist and I'm not sure if the upper body will be longer. . The sizing chart says Tall lengthens the inseam, but maybe not the torso? I am very sad because these are very high quality warm overalls. If you have a long torso, be sure to try them on in person before ordering online.
