Review on 📀 Copystars DVD Duplicator: High-Speed 1 to 1 CD-DVD Burner Tower by Travis Garron

I got the copier up and running a few days after receiving it. The first disc I tried to copy was a very long time ago on videotape, which I dubbed onto DVD. I tried to make a copy but the copier stopped at 74%. I had no idea why it stopped but I immediately called Copystars and spoke to a very knowledgeable gentleman named Raymond. I told myself what probably happened and it made sense to me as the original camcorder wasn't the best but worked in 1978. He also walked me through the copier's menu and set everything up for me. Then he talked about how "Prescan" would go through the master disk to see if there was a problem, and there was a problem. He told me how to deep clean the disc and I tried again and the same told me the disc or record wasn't the best. He was so helpful and made everything so easy. I now scan everything before copying, which saves me a lot of disk space. I just copied 6 discs and it was fast! This is a wonderful product and for anyone who needs a copier this is the Rolls Royce of copiers. But more importantly for this company, Copystars not only makes an amazing product, they back it up with GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you Raymond for taking the time to tutor this senior. This is greatly appreciated and a great way to start the new year.
