I bought this band because the neoprene bands that came with my Active 2 left a rash all over my wrist. It was easy to install and no longer leaves a rash, which is why I bought it. so it's a win. The only downside is that it's a continuous cycle, so you can no longer put your watch on a wireless charger. You have to manually put the charger under the watch for it to charge. A minor inconvenience for an otherwise excellent product.
