It almost fits standard faucets, but the threads are so loose that any significant water pressure will rupture it instantly. The adapter on our kitchen faucet is tight enough that the adapter doesn't pop out of the faucet (when we used an incredible amount of water tape), the actual head keeps popping out of the adapter no matter what we do. Bolt onto anything in this kit and easily twist past the area where the appropriate eighths of an inch are involved so they can't be overtightened. Worse, the threads break ridiculously. They just sort of fit and you can make up the difference with a large amount of tape, or you might have the same problem we did where it doesn't work and the head keeps popping out of the adapter it was sold with. Worse, the threads he actually has are ridiculously easy to rip off; The third or fourth time I put it back on, they didn't even engage the threads of the adapter. I've since resorted to things like sealant, epoxy, etc. I just reinstalled the damn thing for the sixth time. This time I'm going to try a marine sealant.
