I liked the clear case with the sharp blade. Unfortunately the blade doesn't cut clean with my blood pressure Rx. The blade needs to descent further as it never reaches the bottom and smashes the pill at the end of motion rather than cutting. From my measurements it looks like .010" to .015" space at the end of travel when I modified the case to allow the insertion of a piece of notebook paper and test. I like the aluminum pill carrier which is useful for hearing plugs.
