The experience of working with gravitypro was great as they were always willing to go above & beyond my expectations when it came time for me having questions or concerns about what we needed done. They are very professional but also down-to earth! I would recommend them highly - especially if you need someone who cares about your success (which this team does!). We had several projects completed by their teams that involved both customizations/enhancements within Salesforce AND workflows outside sales force automation software such as Marketo / HubSpot etc., so there really wasn't anything negative from our end regarding these specific implementations; however, overall everything went smoothly which made us happy campers :).
