Form Builder is really good tool and saves much of development efforts
The best thing about this software it's that you can create your own forms in any way You want! It has many different templates so if there isn't one for what u need then make an new template yourself with all fields needed or just add them manually using drag&drop feature (it works like excel). Also when creating reports they are very easy too read because everything gets its place automatically according their categorys etc.. There could be more options available but i guess most people would not even notice those features since we have enough customization already thanks to form builder option. We used IPADDOC during our time working at my previous job where had been developing website applications from scratch which was quite hard work sometimes especially after long hours spent coding without breaks/resting.

- Drag'n'drop editor is great, also good choice between simple HTML markup + JavaScript code editing no limits here as well.
- user friendly interface possibility automate filling data through scripts
- Good but not great
