Overall a great product. I'm very happy with the quality and so far the non-stick feature works phenomenally. I chose anodized titanium rather than copper like some have and it works well and hasn't had some of the issues that others have. I've always had bad experiences with copper, so I just keep my hands off it. As a warning, you MUST use these pans on medium heat; My glass oven heats up to 10 and I don't use it above 8. I made the mistake of using one of these on high heat and it didn't end well, photos attached. This eventually resulted in weird markings, which I believe are due to some of the nonstick coating having burned off. Surprisingly, the pot still doesn't stick, but the marks remain. The only thing that bothers me is the screen. Despite all attempts, traces of water appeared on it immediately after the 3rd use. You will not regret buying these pots. I cook every day and use almost all of the pots except for a very small one which I think you use for eggs or something. I have saved my old pots I had for about 6 years in case this becomes a disaster. I'm happy to say I threw them away two weeks ago. One last suggestion I want to make should be obvious: 1. Use wooden spoons for cooking and don't use abrasive sponges to clean pots. 2. Do not use bleach or use it very sparingly. 3. Allow the pots to cool for a few minutes (about 20) before washing them after use, this will prevent warping that some consumers suffer from. 4. You don't need to leave them in the water before cleaning, everything will slide off immediately.
