On the left shoe, after wearing it ten times, the thread that holds the shoe together broke, which means that they are unraveling and the sole is coming off (see picture). I tried to return them, but the "return period" has passed (apparently, shoes purchased from Zappos must fall apart within the first month of purchase to be eligible for a return. Learned my lesson.
