Installs in 2 hours. Most of the time was spent removing broken glass and cleaning the surfaces. The actual installation on new glass took less than 1/2 hour. Plug and glass fit well. There is an imperceptible 1/64 inch gap on one side after assembly is complete, which doesn't bother me much. The glass appears transparent and works well. The pre-installed home button is good, but the bottom is a bit flat when touched. Please note that this kit does not include the tools where I saved a few bucks. I will take it again if I need it in the future.
