This is my first beard wash so keep that in mind. Pros: - smells slightly minty/fresh but not overpowering (from tea tree oil) - simple two product system - small bottles are not crowded, shower and place in the shampoo dispenser holes in our shower stall - leaves hair clean, but doesn't separate them completely after use - I can't speak of an improvement in growth or softness for this product ONLY, but overall my beard was softer, grew predictably, didn't dry out completely and can be smoothed out. The scent isn't on listed on the packaging. It wasn't supposed to be "con" per se, but I was under the impression it would be "no smell". This is actually an "unscented" product, meaning no additional flavors have been added, but the flavor of the natural ingredients is still present. Tea tree oil has a very mild and pleasant odor in case you are unfamiliar with it.
