Arrived quickly with no damage or defects. It took me a while to install mine because I have an all-in-one desktop and find it difficult to flip and plug it in every time I need to test it. Tip for other complete newbies: take your time putting them in the jars and watch a video showing how they should be installed, especially if you have an all-in-one like me. This saves you a lot of time. The only thing I would like to change about this product is the shipping; It was sent in a padded envelope and I would have preferred a small box but that's a minor issue - it arrived safe and sound and both joysticks work great.
