It has been rewritten 5 times so far.

I got them to preview videos over 25 gigabytes and they do a great job. However, you must keep the surface of the disc clean otherwise you will get validation errors and hence playback errors. Otherwise, be prepared for long waits as recording 50 gigs at 2X (or less on some burners) can take close to an hour.
