Very efficient and inexpensive!
After using these filters for a few months I hope they stay available because they work great! This is a denser foam that traps a lot of dirt and debris, keeping the carbon backing cleaner for longer. I notice a decrease in water flow when they need to be cleaned. Quick backwash and they are ready for further use. I recommend cleaning these foam elements a little more often.
