Review on πŸ§€ Poualss Stainless Steel Wire Cheese Slicer: Effortlessly Cut Soft and Semi-Hard Cheeses with Adjustable Thickness - A Must-Have Kitchen Cooking Tool by Sean Fabacher

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Wire is flimsy and kinks

UPDATE: I used this today and the wire is so loose it can't cut a piece less than 1/4 inch (or more) thick. Because the wire moves each slice in a range from the thickness I started with to over 1/4 inch. There's no point in lowering it and re-tightening the screw since the wire is so weak it bends in the middle. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this. I can't get the pan screw tight enough that it doesn't come loose when cutting. Otherwise it's pretty much as expected. My old one had a lever/slider that you just moved back and forth. It was the best arrangement.
