O-rings, good quality but difficult to keep in shower
Along with a small knurl, the O-rings provide grip. You will fail in about a year. They can be replaced with Danco 96726 O-Rings, 5/8x7/16x3/32 from Plumbing. Good quality holder. The blades work well and are reasonably priced (who needs five blades!). I'm not sure if other brands of blades will work. The shape of the handle takes some getting used to when showering. I hold it by the thumb and forefinger for downward movements and the rubber ribs for upward movements. Uncomfortable to hold when wet but a close shave.
