The Magic Mill Tray 7 was the perfect choice.
I did a lot of research before purchasing this item and was leaning towards buying the Excalibur but settled on the Magic Mill 7 Tray with Door. I have to say I'm so glad I did this. Heat distribution is wonderful and it makes the best jerky! I use it once a week and it always gives the same consistent drying pattern. I would recommend this item!
