Well made and typical MOEN quality. Installation was easy. Please remove the old tape and then apply a few wraps of the new tape and straighten the new shower head by hand and then with a wrench. It works great, and the settings described suit me quite well. I know MOEN offers a lifetime guarantee and that gives me confidence in my purchase.
