Good price for three. I have read other reviews and agree with some of the negative comments but I still give it 5 stars. Okay, yes the instructions aren't good, but it's not hard to figure out. Two timers and 24 hour format. Count up or down from 23:59:59. The alarm is loud enough and the magnet is ok, not very strong but ok. It has a clip, stand and magnet. Instructions: The mode button toggles between 24-hour format and timers. In Timer mode, the Start/Stop/Clear buttons work as expected. When you get to zero, press "Start" and it will start counting down. There are two timers - I really like it. Press Hour to switch to a different timer, even if it's running. To set a countdown timer, press Clear to make sure it's at zero and select the Min and Second buttons. To set the hours, first press the 'second' or 'minute' button and then enter 'hours' for the countdown. Otherwise, the hour button simply toggles the two timers.
