The jack is solid so it survived shipping but the box it was sent in is totally unsuitable for such a heavy object so was probably badly torn - for scattered around. I believe the box was reassembled and relabeled by UPS due to damage. More importantly, the jack arrived with only a piece of the handle and you can see from the photo how worn it is. The jack itself is probably fine, but shipping and handling are major contributors to this poor visibility, including the loss of grip. act.
