I installed this fan today on my 2015 Honda Accord EX 4 Cylinder 4 Door engine and it took about 20 minutes. This corresponds exactly to the OEM part. A tip for do-it-yourselfers is to screw in the back, you need a socket wrench for that because a regular screwdriver handle is too long and can hit the ground. Step 1: Slide the plastic panel out from under the glove box. There are 4 or 5 clips holding them in place and two legs on the back of this panel. Once they're hanging down, gently pull them towards you and they'll slide right out. Step 2: Disconnect the wire harness. I used needle nose pliers to pull down the sides while holding the push tab. Step 3: Use a socket wrench on the three screws. If you don't have a flathead screwdriver. Step 4: It should fall straight down, you may need to push the harness towards you a little to make the blower fall down smoothly. Step 5: Reinstall it in reverse order. steps as far as I could. Pretty straight forward and easy once I realized I could use a socket wrench. The product works very well, I will update this review after some time in the future.
