The product is heavy and appears to be of good quality. They offer you 2 installation options - one with glue and the other with screws. The glue didn't hold. It was greasy and dirty and not worth the trouble. Use the twist option. I would recommend using your own anchors - strong and of the finest quality. Anchors are included and they were flimsy and we had a hard time getting them into the pre-drilled holes. They bent and lost their shape easily, making it even more difficult to get into the holes. If you have some better ones - smoother ones that slide easily, this should work. As soon as we inserted the dowels and screwed in the screws, we noticed that the posts were sagging a bit in the middle. They didn't lay flat so it lifts off the wall a bit when we take it off the shelf. I don't have a recommendation for it. I would have sent it back but it was just a hassle to remove. For now we're just keeping an eye on him and hoping we don't grab something off the counter and rip it off the wall.
