I really love these cases! Our sofa and double armchair are old pieces, at least 15 years old. Since I can't afford a new set at the moment, I started looking for a solution for our stable "Sanford & Son" seat. I'd be embarrassed if someone came along and tried other methods of covering - blankets and sofa covers that didn't fully cover them. What REALLY annoyed me was how the butt pads ALWAYS slid forward when the back pads slid into the void behind them leaving gaps. EVERY FUCKING DAY I had to rearrange, stow, drag and pull everything into place, sometimes multiple times a day. I have two active dogs that don't help, which makes things even more difficult. I'm telling you I was ready to throw that sofa and love seat through the front door and set them on fire! I finally chose the covers of this brand and I'm very glad I did! I chose dark brown to hide fawn shedding in dogs. I got 2 large ones as my love seat seemed to be on the larger side of the measurements on average. After putting them on and plugging them in and tugging on them a bit, I was really amazed at what a HUGE difference it makes! (I was going to use the word "delighted" but thought it would be a little dramatic for the covers.) Not only do these covers feel nice to the touch with a little textured soft pattern, they keep my pillows in place ! It's almost as if we have new seats. Visually, they make the whole room more harmonious. They definitely add more comfort and I've only had to push the cushions back a little so far. (I ran an experiment to see how long they would hold the cushions in place.) The color is perfect, I love the dark rich brown that also hides any dog hair that may fall out. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a cheaper option when buying a new living room set and I believe you can also buy them for a newer protection set or a new look for different seasons. I will be buying a second set, maybe in dark green for a bold look and the time I wash this set. I added 2 photos. 1 before, "harsh-shabby" two-seater sofa and 1 after with cover.
