When the product advertises that it can measure DPF soot loading percentage, I expected better than 0% or 100% accuracy, but according to tech support this is perfectly normal, although this truck has it in 5% Steps traced on dash. This feature and the ability to manually regenerate the DPF are the only reasons I bought this thing. If the DPF cannot be regenerated manually, it will be returned. I will update my review after trying a manual DPF regeneration. Also, this is a stock 2015 Ford F-350 Powerstroke, if that helps you decide. Update: The device didn't last a week and yes, the firmware is up to date. Now he does not connect to the truck and reads the request to technical support. Too bad the tech support is only available Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm MTN as this is my work schedule so I have to take the day off to troubleshoot the device. Support is available, it was a bad buy. I'm just grateful I bought from Revain because it will be easy to return.
