Review on Heat Up Your Terrarium with Exo Terra Ceramic Heater by Robin Wilson

This product has received a DOA. get replacement. When I received this product I was looking forward to installing it as my lizard needs a little extra warmth. I tried screwing it into the mount but it didn't work. I tried it a few times thinking it was just me. At some point I gave up and researched why it just wouldn't work. Apparently it passed their quality check because the strands were balled up, which I couldn't even do. I used a thin metal rod to separate them hoping this would solve the problem but it didn't work. I laid it on the table and noticed that the threads were not only jumbled but uneven. I'm waiting for a replacement. Check out the attached photos so you can see what I'm talking about.
