Larger septum rings will not stay put. I figure using pliers to fit them might work. Not sure about this purchase. Seems more troublesome trying to properly fit these than it's worth. BUT I can say for sure, these are very sturdy and good quality otherwise, which leads to some concern that I may not be able to bend these to fit better. hmmm.
