Bought a replacement for a failed Olympus Pen-F that didn't retract the lens. Studies have shown that the failure was due to internal flexible cables. It has not been abused and only used internally. The replacement initially malfunctioned and did not hold the extended position and there was a blur at the bottom of the image. Cleaning the contacts on the camera body and lens eliminated the "auto feed". Cleaning the lens solved the blur problem. The Olympus Pen-F is a very versatile device, but it is no longer in production and Olympus' replacement devices have lower resolution sensors. I expect quality lenses to be worth their price and it's a fair price. I didn't expect the original to fail despite very careful handling. This replacement has all the hallmarks of a fragile device that needs to be handled with great care. I suggest looking carefully at other 20MP mirrorless cameras before committing yourself to this ecosystem.
