Nice little trays. They are durable and the edges are very nicely rounded. So overall very good quality. I haven't tried them at 400 degrees or higher, but there was no distortion at 350 or 375 degrees. I always put foil on a baking sheet under the rack so I can't comment on how easy they are to clean. Overall I would recommend them. Be sure to check the dimensions carefully if attempting to fit them into a small air fryer or toaster oven. The 9 inches (not 10.7 inches) barely fit mine. Excellent purchase for the fryer, very satisfied. Update: I've used them in the fryer at 400 for 15 minutes to reheat frozen chicken strips and there was no warping. In terms of quality, if you're looking for mini pans for your toaster oven or deep fryer, I'm pretty sure these are the pans you need. Very satisfied.
