I picked this replacement out of a billion others because it looks like the best performing to replace the stock key fob on my 2007 Lexus RX350. While it looks a little wobbly and looks like it has mouse ears, the key is tight and doesn't wobble at all. And it locks completely with a T-shaped key, unlike others. Installation is easy. I haven't even read the instructions. Just open your original key fob, take out the small electronic box and put it in the new one where it fits perfectly. You then break the metal key off the OEM key fob and use pliers to hold and remove the plastic components to reveal the T-head. You generally don't need to grip tightly or twist. The plastic easily peels away leaving a clean metal key. You then take this key and insert it into the slot of the new fob (do not use the spacers provided as this will leave a gap in the fob). Finally, tighten the 4 screws with the wrench provided and your Lexus key will be better (or even better) than new. Only warning: make sure you have an OEM T-head key or this key fob will not work for you. Ready. Very happy with this purchase.
