The telescope has some flaws

The telescope is good but the hand you tighten it with when you tighten it just stays in one place, it moves, it wobbles like something is loose and I can't find it I can't find it, only the flowers I have near the telescope and I'm having a hard time getting lenses for it. I checked everything. his right side is not upside down
