Review on Single Centerset Bathroom Faucet - 520 MPU DST Classic by Michael Bazen

Definitely a good quality faucet but I can't give it 5 stars due to several design flaws. Installing the faucet was a challenge because the drain plug lift rod goes through the faucet at an angle, causing it to bang against the back of the sink. You need to bend the lift rod in half to fix this problem. This is a quality crane and this lift rod does not bend easily but requires a vise to hold it when bent. Another issue I had with the faucet is that water stains easily appear on the finish. However, I love the brushed stainless steel color as it matches my brushed nickel door hardware perfectly. Note that different manufacturers have different satin nickel finishes (one has more silver, one has more gold). I also like the faucet access to the sink so your hands don't bang on the back of the sink.
