We bought it for our daughter for Christmas. She saw the video and fell in love. We had it loaded and ready to follow her when she opened it. One eye didn't shine properly. We settled on the name after watching the launch video. It was interesting to play with, but the battery didn't last long. After charging the dog, the dog continued to get stuck in the turning position, one eye did not light up at all, and the eyes did not change color. We're disappointed because when it works, it's amazing. We were going to order a replacement but after reading other reviews decided against it as it seems others have faults as well.
