Lousy product, very low quality.

I decided to change my 2-year-old Huawei Mate 20 for this miracle from Samsung - and regretted it in just 2 days. Huawei lived on a single charge with active use for 2 days. Samsung, on the other hand, needs to be charged twice a day at least, with not the most active use - a browser, a couple of hours of a reader, half an hour of photos and videos. ating the firmware to the latest over the air - did not help.
Complete disappointment with the product.
Was bought in installments in MVideo. Passed in 2 days for examination and quality control (they referred to the fact that they could not return the money for the product, since it was in use). According to the ZoZPP, 10 days are allotted for this, I am waiting for the decision of the examination.

Pros

Fast processor, great screen, good camera.

Cons

Battery life is out of the question. With the camera turned on, for 10 minutes of use - minus 5 percent of the charge, and strong heating in the area of \u200b\u200bthe camera unit. In standby mode, with the screen off, the discharge is 50 percent overnight, while the back cover, again in the upper part, is always a little warm. Very strong self-discharge without load, and this is with disabled adaptive screen frequency, background processes and AOD. Battery life when using the screen - 4-5 hours maximum. A running video chat in zoom or whatsapp eats up 10 percent of the charge in 20 minutes.
